| Wild ducks have long been an excellent source of protein in Missouri for those willing to work for them. In this program we will be cooking duck with two methods that are easy to reproduce. Join us and learn how to keep the enjoyment of the hunt alive in the kitchen with tasty food. This program is for ages 18+ |
