| Registration required (ages 15+) Explore the world of wild fish, game, nuts and berries with this hands-on cooking class. Participants will be paired into small groups to create dishes from Germany, Greece, Italy and Latin America using Missouri fish, game and plants. No special skills are required. Come hungry! If accommodations are needed, please e-mail the instructor after registering and at least one week prior to the program. |
