Step into the world of prehistoric power. We’ll break down the origins of the atlatl, show you how it works, and then hand it over so you can launch a spear yourself. It’s active, fun, and surprisingly addictive. This hands-on session is geared toward Young Adult Ages 18+. All gear provided. Wear sturdy close-toe shoes and be ready to stand (or bring a camp chair if you prefer). We will meet at the Static Archery Range on J. Thad Ray Conservation Area. In Hannibal from the junction of Route W/Highway 61, take Route W west approximately 1 mile.
