| Discover fly fishing! Learn how it differs from conventional fishing, what equipment is needed, and how to cast a fly-fishing rod in this introductory course, while attempting to catch a fish or two! Bring a water bottle, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and dress for the weather. All fishing equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Participants 16 – 64 years old will need a valid State of Missouri Fishing License. This program will take place at Jaycee (County Lake) Park in Jefferson City. Direction and details regarding the exact meeting location will be sent out via email a few days before the program. |
