Whether you relish the high energy of a hot day or prefer to pause with a cooler evening breeze, summer offers time for exploration, imagination, and perspective shifts. This yoga practice is inspired by summer’s nature life, play, and color. A summer “snow” globe, created at the end of our yoga practice, displays the spiraling energies, suspended time, and shifting hues of the season. Becky Matney
