Registration required by visiting www.deeproots.org/guided-nature-tours (ages 12+) June is one of the "prairie birthday" months, as it seems there's a new native plant blooming each week! Enjoy a guided naturalist walk around the Discovery Center to learn about native flowers and grasses thriving in the landscape. This leisurely walk is for all experience levels and a great opportunity to ask your gardening questions. We'll discuss native plants for gardens and seasonal maintenance strategies. This walk is in conjunction with the Deep Roots KC three-day native plant sale! If accommodations are needed, please e-mail the instructor at least one week prior to the program. Kathy A Kottemann
