The Missouri Hunter Education Skills Session is the second half of the hunter education certification process after completing one of the knowledge based options. Students must be 11 years of age & older to attend this session.

| Both sessions are free, and registration is required. Space is limited to 36 participants. Participants must be 11 years of age or older. The Hunter Education Knowledge Session is the classroom portion of the Missouri Hunter Education certification process. This session includes instruction, lectures, and videos. Participants must attend the full session and complete the required student manual chapter review questions. The Hunter Education Skills Session is the hands-on and testing portion required to complete Missouri Hunter Education certification. Participants must attend the Skills Session after completing the Knowledge Session. The final exam will be administered at the end of the Skills Session. Participants can register through the Missouri Department of Conservation event registration site here: https://mdc-event-web.s3licensing.com/ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of class to complete registration. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be contacted by email and/or phone.
