What are these glowing twinkles we see on summer evenings? Fascinating Fireflies! These magical harmless blinking beetles are luminescent throughout their whole lives! Join us and learn about the complete metamorphosis of Fireflies and where to see them. We'll get a close-up look in the field after dark, then we'll learn how we can help to ensure many more years of this phenomenal natural delight. Note this is an evening program that begins around sunset, so we can observe the fireflies in action. We'll begin inside the Conservation Education Center before going outside. Please bring a flashlight and dress as appropriate for the weather. Registration is required by 6/19. All ages are welcome! Leah Eden
