Have you wondered how to start foraging for Missouri wild native plants to use in cooking or for herbal remedies? This class will provide basic knowledge on where to begin and then go on a short hike to try your skills at finding some of these plants around the nature center. Participants must be able to comfortably hike gravel trails with steep inclines. Please bring your cell phone to use a free identification app and take pictures if you would like. We will download the app at the beginning of class for those interested in using this tool. DEE DEE A DOCKINS
