| The Black River meanders quietly through the western edge of southeast Missouri. Pass beautiful scenery and enjoy a peaceful 10-mile float down one of Missouri’s lesser-known rivers. Kayaking is a wonderful way to “get your feet wet” and learn one of Missouri’s paddle sports. It is both enjoyable and easy to learn. The duration of the float depends on a variety of factors and we may get back sooner than 7:00 pm. No prior kayaking experience needed, and all equipment will be provided. Participants will need to pack a sack lunch and snacks. A detailed packing list and email with pertinent details will be sent out prior to the program. This program is part of the summer camp series for adults. |
