The city of Kansas City, MO encourages sustainability through a new native plant program in partnership with Deep Roots KC and the Missouri Department of Conservation. Plan for success and learn the benefits of native gardening! Regardless of location or footprint, you can support a healthy environment at home with native plants. Learn about the updated landscape ordinance in KCMO and best practices for a managed native garden. This event is part of a series. Advanced registration is required and spots are limited. If accommodations are needed, please e-mail the instructor at least one week prior to the program. *NOTE: This program will be held at the Kansas City North Community Center. |
