Small, green aliens are taking over Runge Nature Center, and we need help stopping them! These invaders aren’t from outer space—they’re right here on Earth. Nonnative, invasive plants like bush honeysuckle, garlic mustard, and burning bush are outcompeting the native species that belong at Runge. Discover how to identify these aliens and other invasive plants and animals during an indoor program, then we will go outside to search along the Runge property for these invasives and fight back! Work gloves are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own. Dress for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes. Austin Lambert
