| Ice and snow give way to flowing water, and pale, green tree buds stretch to the blue sky. Explore the qualities of color, shape, and emerging (fractal) forms in this yoga practice inspired by the changes from winter to spring. Watercolor postcards designed at the end of the program will express enthusiasm for the flowing, flourishing, flush of spring. This program is all indoors. Bring a yoga mat or towel. Registration required. Ages 14+ |
