The Missouri Hunter Education Skills Session is the second half of the hunter education certification process after completing one of the knowledge based options. Students must be 11 years of age & older to attend this session.

The Knowledge portion can be done free with the Today’s Hunter in Missouri self-study guide. Read the manual and answer the review questions, bring the completed book with you to class. Manuals are available at the Hannibal MDC office or call Monroe County Conservation Agent Jessica Eckelkamp at (660)651-0218. Alternatively, you can complete the online option for a fee, links are available on the MDC website. Bring a screen shot or print version of your completion certificate to class. Participants will take a 35-question test covering both information in the knowledge portion and the skills portion of the course. Jessica Filla
