| Spring is when many animals become active again often putting them directly in our path. This program highlights the wildlife people are most likely to accidentally step on, drive over, or walk past without noticing. Learn why snakes, frogs, turtles, and other ground-level animals are especially visible in spring, how camouflage works at ground level, and how human movement creates unexpected hazards for wildlife. |
