| Spring brings one of nature’s most sought-after treasures, morel mushrooms! Join us for a naturalist-led presentation at 6 p.m. all about these elusive fungi. Learn how to identify true morels versus their look-alikes and discover the habitats and seasonal conditions where morels are most likely to be found. We will also discuss safe and ethical collection, as well as how to prepare your morels for the table. This program is part of our Nature Center at Night Series; the exhibits and gift shop will be open until 7:30 p.m. |
