The Missouri Hunter Education Skills Session is the second half of the hunter education certification process after completing one of the knowledge based options. Students must be 11 years of age & older to attend this session.

Before registering for this course, the student must complete the knowledge portion of Hunter Education. This portion is a 4-hour block that can be completed online or by obtaining a Hunter Education handbook and completing the chapter reviews. These books can be picked up at Dexter Police Department. Either the certificate of completion or the completed handbook for the Knowledge portion must be brought with the student to the Skills Course set for April 4th.
