| The Missouri Department of Conservation is partnering with the Greater Missouri Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association to explore the benefits of nature for brain health. Participants will take a short, guided hike on Tanglevine Trail. This trail is an easy to walk 1/3-mile paved trail. Participants will also spend time in the classroom creating a simple take-home clay craft. You will learn about the importance of being active in nature through short discussions woven into the whole program. |
