Sharpen your observation skills with our Winter Tree ID Workshop, led by Community Forester Evan Parker. Through this hands-on program, you'll learn to recognize tree species by bark, buds, twigs, form, and even smell — abilities extra useful after leaves have fallen. Whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned nature enthusiast, you'll gain practical skills to identify trees year-round. Please come prepared for the weather and to be out in the woods for much of the workshop. Bundle up, step outside, and discover how much our winter woods have to say! Evan Parker
