It's easy to write New Year's Resolutions...but why is it so hard to stick with them? Maybe it's time to try something different! If exercising indoors gets you down, try hiking instead. Enjoy beautiful scenery as your work on your cardio hiking among the Mississippi River hills at Trail of Tears State Park. Observe breathtaking views of the river that can only be seen in winter and check off your workout as well. Participants will hike the ~3.5-mile east loop of the Peewah Trail. This trail is not ADA accessible, and traverses inclines steeper than 10% Participants may meet at the Peewah Trailhead or carpool from the nature center.
