VIRTUAL PROGRAMS 3-PART SERIES 4th Thursday of each month: Jan, Feb, Mar (7-8pm) Virtual Program Series: Upgrading Your Urban Oasis Part Two: Planning and Designing Native Plant Spaces Plants often grow faster than we can keep up with them. Designing garden beds where a plant’s growth behavior is key and helps to greatly reduce maintenance. Competitive species are often best planted together and less competitive or “friendly” species planted together in a different space. Integrating pollinator needs, growing conditions, aesthetics and seasonal appeal will also help create an oasis for you and wildlife.
