Meet our naturalist at the Rock Quary Trailhead for a social winter hike! Even in January, there is so much to see in nature. You can park in the lot in front of the Visitor's Center. Hikes are steep but at a slow pace. This is a great opportunity to get outside and see nature at a different time of year than you might be used to! Hikes will take place in the cold or snow but will be canceled if temperatures are dangerously low. Dress and prepare for the weather. The Rock Quary Trail offers a short and long loop option (1 mile or 2 miles), so we will be able to cut things short if we get too cold! You can expect to be out for 30 minutes or an hour.
