| As the seasons change, stress and other feelings can change and build up. Join us to learn about the benefits of nature and how expanding your senses can improve, recalibrate, and restore your physical and mental wellbeing. Learn how being in nature can reduce and improve stress level, blood pressure, and immune system as well as many more health benefits. We will meander through the woods and discuss ways you can use the woods, your yard, or even a window to help receive the benefits of nature during the winter months or any time of the year. We will walk on an easy, wood chipped path through the woods, stop and sit for short periods of time, so dress for the weather and bring a towel to sit on. There are benches to sit on. Please consider bringing a lunch for socializing after the program Parking is limited, so please carpool when possible. |
