Have you ever tried pine needle tea? What about cookies? Are you looking for ways to minimize waste this holiday? Continue the holiday fun with part two of our Sustainable Holidays series! Bring the gifts you made in part one (or any you’d like to wrap) and learn creative, eco-friendly ways to wrap them using old magazines and recycled materials. We will make them extra festive with nature stamps and natural touches like pine and cedar sprigs. Enjoy warm pine needle tea and a festive pine needle cookie while we share simple tips and recipes for reducing waste and celebrating the season sustainably. Leave inspired to give gifts that are as kind to the planet as they are to your loved ones! This program is for all ages and is the second in a two part series. You may register for both programs or just one of them. Please register EACH person attending to ensure we have enough supplies. Note: Consuming pine needles is NOT safe for pregnant or nursing mothers. You are welcome to just come gift wrap with us! Maura Horton
