DETAILS
The Missouri Hunter Education Skills Session is the second half of the hunter education certification process after completing one of the knowledge based options. Students must be 11 years of age & older to attend this session.

This course is hosted by Pioneer Gun Club. The Location will be at the McBride (outdoor) Range within the Shotgun Club House. For this skill session, NO FIREARMS or Live AMMO is Allowed. Please Leave them secured in your vehicle or at home. Students must be 11 years old by the day of the class. Enroll the student and not the parent for the session. Students need to complete the knowledge session of the course, prior to attending this skills session, by doing the on-line portion or filling out the student manual chapter review questions. More information is available online on the MDC hunter ed. page. Student manuals are available at Burr Oak Woods Nature Center, Kansas City Regional Office, or from the MDC website.
