Like animals and plants, we shift gears, colors, and perspectives as the days shorten, and the nights cool in the fall. Beyond the vibrant showy splash of autumn color, nature also moves inward; plants draw energy down to their roots and animals stash food for the upcoming winter. Our yoga practice will focus on these shifting energies. Participants will leave the program with “a colorful impression” of the season. Bring a mat or towel. Yoga will be indoors.
