| This program is hosted by the Webster Groves Nature Study Society Nature Book Group. Let’s join the author of Bicycling with Butterflies: My 10,201-mile Journey following the Monarch Migration, Sara Dykman as she follows alongside the monarch butterflies as they migrate through three countries to see how they are dealing with climate change, environmental degradation and what people are doing to help them. All while traveling on a used bicycle. Let’s discuss how protecting one species also protects other species in the same environment, and whether it is worth it. |
