Enjoy coffee and learning about birds? Join us at Mingo NWR Visitor Center for the Birds and Brew Series! This program will give you an opportunity to enjoy some bird friendly coffee while we go over some birding basics and then head out to explore the world of birds. This month, we will meet at Mingo NWR Visitor Center at 7:30AM and head to Otter Slough CA (just southwest of Dexter) to take a short hike on the Boardwalk at Otter Slough. The easy rated trail will be about a 1 mile long on an elevated boardwalk and gravel trail surface. Bring your binoculars or a pair can be provided for your use during the program. Registration is required. Any minor must be accompanied by a registered adult. If you would prefer to meet at Otter Slough, be at the trailhead at 8:00AM.
