Enjoy coffee and learning about birds? Join us at Mingo NWR Visitor Center for the Birds and Brew Series! This program will give you an opportunity to enjoy some bird friendly coffee (starting at 7:30AM) while we go over some birding basics and then head out to explore the world of birds on a short hike on the Swampwalk (Boardwalk). The easy rated trail will be about a 1 mile long on an elevated boardwalk and asphalt trail surface. Bring your binoculars or a pair can be provided for your use during the program. Registration is required. Any minor must be accompanied by a registered adult. Birds & Brew will be a series of birding adventures on the 2nd Saturday of the months of March-June and September-December. Sally Hancock
