| The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) and Rolla Parks & Recreation is hosting a “Primitive Fire Starting & Campfire Cooking” event for families & individuals at Eugene E. Northern Community Center on October 4th between 10 AM – 1 PM; limited to the first 40 registered participants. Learn how to start a fire using flint and steel, make char cloth for future outings, and even make a foil meal packet &/or desert using pie irons.
