This skills day program is designed to help the first-time kayaker understand the basics of one of the most popular watersports in Missouri today. We will practice with the basic equipment, strokes, and knowledge needed to float Missouri’s rivers, lakes, and stream safely. space is limited so registration is required and please leave a valid email for any follow up information for this program. Allen Bridge Access was purchased in 1978 to provide access to Shoal Creek. A concrete boat ramp and multiple parking lots are provided. 14.8 acers along Shoal Creek
Directions:

From Neosho, take Business Highway 60 east 2 miles, then Nighthawk Road (the blacktop road marked with an MDC sign) north to Shoal Creek.
