| Busy animals and bright, sunny flora often eclipse the silent, cool, and unassuming contributions of a summer night. However, nature’s “night shift” animals and plants remind us that all is not still while we are at rest. Inspired by July’s full moon, we will assemble nature luminaires at the beginning of our yoga session and then explore how stillness is an active state of discovery. Bring a mat or towel. Our session will be indoors. Registration required. Ages 14+ |
