Want to get hooked on the thrill of fishing? Discover the art and adventure of a pond-to-plate experience in this women-only program! Spend an evening by the water, learning fishing essentials from casting lines to catching and handling your haul from skilled staff and volunteers. Then, take your experience to the next level as you prepare and cook a fresh catch for a delicious snack. Whether you're a seasoned angler or casting your first line, this supportive and enriching experience is sure to make waves! The program will be held at the Conservation Employees’ Credit Union pond in Jefferson City. Participants will be sent specific directions prior to the program. Missouri fishing permits are encouraged but not required. Registration required. Ages 12+ Sarah Easton
