This workshop is intended to go over what makes quality nesting and brood-rearing habitat for wild turkeys. Participants will be able to see completed habitat practices on a private farm, talk with the landowner about his experiences, hear from wildlife biologists, and learn about habitat improvement incentive programs available to Missouri landowners. This workshop is an outside event, with lunch provided. Please bring a lawn chair and clothing for walking in. If this class is full, please register on the wait list. If we have enough people on the waitlist, we hope to hold another turkey workshop in the area at a later date. Thank You! Jeffrey Esely
Directions:

From Steelville, take Hwy 8 west approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Hwy M and go south approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto Old Mine Rd and you are there.
