**Bird Watching Event at Big Creek Conservation Area - May 16, 8 AM to 11 AM** Join us at Big Creek Conservation Area near the Rainbow Basin Trailhead parking lot on May 16th from 8 AM to 11 AM for another exciting bird watching event. This session will highlight the migration of warblers and other woodland species as they pass through the area. The diverse woodland, upland, and prairie habitats will provide an excellent opportunity to spot a variety of birds in different ecosystems. Educational resources, including binoculars, field guides, and guidance from Missouri Department of Conservation staff, will be available to assist in bird identification and provide helpful tips throughout the event. **We encourage all participants to attend as their schedule allows, whether for the full session or just a portion of it. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, learn about bird species in our region, and enjoy the seasonal migration of wildlife.** Holly Whitacre
