| This free workshop will cover common methods for applying herbicide to improve habitat on private lands. Participants will spend the morning in a classroom like setting learning safe handling, proper PPE, and storage of herbicide, as well as sprayer calibration. The afternoon will be spent in the field viewing demonstrations on herbicide application in various habitat management practices as it relates to food plots, forestry, grassland, and invasive species, and pond management. This event will be held on private property. The location will be provided upon registration. |
