Backyard Birds in Winter: Intro to Birding - An All Ages Virtual Program Join us for this engaging online event, perfect for all ages! This virtual program will cover the art of bird watching and feeding during the winter season. Winter is an excellent time to spot our feathered friends, but who is that enjoying your backyard bird feeder? Come and learn about the common winter birds of Missouri. Bird Identification: Learn to recognize the most common winter birds in Missouri. Birding Essentials: Discover what you need to get started with birding and what factors to consider. Bird Sounds: Understand the various sounds birds make and how to identify them by their calls.
