| There are about 233 species of woodpeckers worldwide and Missouri is home to seven species of woodpeckers that contribute to healthy ecosystems. Join guest presenters from the Missouri River Bird Observatory for an in-depth look at woodpeckers and their distinctive markings, communication behavior, habitats, ID tips, conservation projects and seven ways to support these birds. A WebEx link will be emailed to registered participants within 24 hours of the program. |
