Sticky! Syrupy! Yummy! Learn all about maple syrup in this month’s program, and how this sweet treat is harvested from native trees. Take a short trek out to a sap-producing maple tree and see firsthand how sap is collected to make this yummy table condiment. Afterward, participants will enjoy maple syrup-themed activities and crafts. Little Acorns programs are designed to help children ages 3-6 learn about the natural world through hands on experiences, crafts, and focused free-play activities. Anna Nordwald
