Learn the steps necessary to process wild game yourself. We will discuss the field dressing process and demonstrate how to skin and butcher a game animal in simple easy steps with minimum equipment. You'll learn tips on how to make sure your wild game is the best quality possible.

| Find out how to skin and process the deer you harvest this year. Our presenters will demonstrate techniques, provide examples of equipment and tools, and answer any questions you may have about do-it-yourself processing. This program will take place at the Ozark Regional Office Parking Lot at 551 Joe Jones Blvd, West Plains, MO 65775. If we have cold or rainy weather, it will be moved into our Fisheries bay area (info to follow) NOTE: Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for the program. Registration required. Ages 6+ |
