| Enrich your life by nature immersion to reduce stress, improve sleep and many more possible health benefits! Splash some color into your fall by making a unique leafy print! Using rubber or natural leaves and acrylic paints decorate a small tote bag (one per person provided) to take home. Enjoy a casual walk on our ADA Missouri Tree trail and learn about our oak- hickory forest and its creatures. Nature Rx topics to look forward to this year include: craft and learn (Holiday Nature Swag) and Coffee with the Birds! |
