Could rainbow trout be in your favorite park? Learn about the St. Louis Winter Trout Program and find out if rainbow trout are in your area. This program will cover the locations and regulations of these trout areas so you can be ready the day they are stocked. A Webex link will be sent out the day of the event. Matthew Cavanaugh
