A deeper look at seasonal transitions reminds us of interesting paradoxes in nature. The colorful fullness of autumn seemingly shifts to the waning emptiness of winter, but looking deeper, we see that in winter’s void there is a fullness of life and promise. Just as nature inspires these perspective shifts, we will explore the paradox further in our yoga practice. At the end of the program, we will create a reed himmeli to remind us of this magic of space, motion, and time. Registration required. Ages 16+ Becky Matney
