Amid the bustle of city life, take a moment to reconnect with nature. Enjoy an all-levels, nature-themed yoga practice in the Brightside St. Louis Demonstration Garden (weather permitting (we have an indoor location secured in case of severe weather). Learn about the Missouri native trees and pants & their benefits to wildlife, as well as other sustainable landscaping features. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, come flow with us! Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and water bottle. |
