| Disconnect from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with yourself on a guided mindfulness walk in nature. This experience is designed to help you slow down, appreciate the present moment, and find peace amidst the beauty of the natural world, even within the city. This walk will be located among the walkway system of the Anne O’C. Albrecht Playscape, weaving in and out of paved walkways as well as smaller mulch trails. Make sure to register all participants of your group. This program has an age requirement which sets the minimum age at 15. The night before the program, please watch your email for a map of which entrance of the Nature Playscape to meet at. |
