Are you ready to “run the river”? Join Runge staff for a day of kayaking on the Meramec River. This is a great follow-up for those who have participated in Runge’s flat water kayaking programs, but no previous experience is required. An overview of equipment and techniques will be provided prior to getting on the water. We will put in at Scotts Ford Access and paddle about seven miles before taking out at Riverview Access in Crawford County. Runge will provide all equipment and round-trip transportation from the nature center. Pack a water bottle, lunch, and closed-toe shoes. Additional information will be emailed to participants the week of the program. Registration required. Ages 16+ Sarah Easton
