| Nature reminds us how to stay cool during a hot Missouri summer: lying under the shady canopy of an oak tree, splashing in a flowing spring, or crawling into a cool rock cave. Join us as we revive our sun-saturated spirits with nature inspired yoga. We’ll end the session with rock wrapping – a way to center and connect with nature in a calm and tranquil way. Please bring your yoga mat or towel. Registration required. Ages 16+ |
