Blooms of spring make for some of the most delicious jellies. Join us to learn how to identify, harvest, and prepare jellies from dandelions, redbuds, and violets. This class will take participants through the entire process of jelly making, from harvesting, to steeping the flowers, to cooking and canning the jelly. At the end of the class, each participant will get to take home a jar of homemade jelly. Jeanell Stockton
