| Hannibal Eagle Day event will be held February 24, 2024, at the Admiral Coontz Armory from noon to 4 PM. There will be eagle and nature related crafts and games for children. Naturalists will on hand to answer questions and provide information on how the bald eagle became endangered and recovered. A short video will also be shown about the natural history of the bald eagle. Naturalists will be on hand with spotting scopes at the Rotary Pavillion on the riverfront for the public to observe eagles. Be sure to dress warmly for outdoor viewing on the riverfront. |
