This program includes rifle safety, operation, shooting fundamentals, maintenance, and safe storage.

| The Modern Sporting Rifles (MSR) course is designed to bring a hands-on experience for the safe handling and proper use of MSR's. This course will include a classroom and range session. Students will learn the history of the MSR platforms, safe firearm handling, shooting basics, proper maintenance, and types of ammuntion. Students may bring their own rifle, but will need to provide their own ammunition if they choose to do so (no armor penetrators, Green tip, or incendiary ammunition is allowed.) Rifles and ammunition will also be provided if needed. |
